This course is designed for International Arbiters and FIDE Arbiters who wish to improve their knowledge and aim to hold main arbiter positions such as Chief, Deputy, or Sector Arbiter in European Championships, international championships, national championships, and tournaments. The course gives two points for the ECU arbiters' call of interest.
